RETURNS POLICY

Our HO scale passenger cars each contain over 200 parts and are completely hand assembled. As such, occasionally there will be small problems such as parts missing or damaged. If your passenger car contains a manufacturing defect, we will be glad to help.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM?

Please email or fax us with the full details of the problem with your product. We will send you a return number. This number must be included with the item, as well as your name and address. Returns sent without a return number will not be processed. We will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective, provided that we have the necessary parts for repair or a replacement product is in stock.

Please note that we do not generally re-install parts that have come loose in transit. These can easily be re-attached with a drop of glue.

HOW TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DEALER

Most reputable hobby shops and online stores in North America are carrying our products, and they will gladly take advance orders from you for any ready-to-run products we announce here. If your hobby shop does not carry our products, they can order our products from their distributor.

ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS

If you are overseas or you do not have a local dealer, we will try and help you find a reputable dealer in North America who will take your orders.

ORDERING DIRECT

While we prefer that you support your local hoby shop, we do offer online reservations and direct orders on selected items only.
